Freda Lane:

Freda’s favorite thing about her job is “meeting all of our wonderful patients and their people”. Her favorite animal related movie is Turner & Hooch. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and caring for her own animals. Freda shares her home with her husband, Mike, 18 year old daughter, Kendra, 5 dogs and 2 cats. Freda and her husband have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.

 

 






























Sue Martin: 

Sue’s most enjoyable experience as an employee at Powell Animal Hospital is meeting the new puppies and kittens and watching them grow with their families. Sue & husband Dave, relocated from Erie, PA in 2003 and she began working for Powell Animal Hospital in March 2004. They share their home with 9 cats and 3 dogs.

 

 

 


























Jennifer Muncey: 

Jennifer says her favorite thing about working at Powell Animal Hospital is getting to spoil all of the animals. She says that having a great crew to work with makes the experience even more enjoyable. Jennifer has a wonderful husband Tim, a beautiful daughter Kirsten, Buttercup the Lab and a Pomeranian named Ming Ming.




























 

Phyllis Muckle:

Phyllis says the best thing about her job is getting to play with the cats & dogs. If she were an animal she’d like to be a spoiled cat. When not working at Powell Animal Hospital, she enjoys woodcarving & ceramics.

Denise Davis:

Rose Manny:

Rose is a graduate of LMU with a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science. She is continuing to advance in her career by becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician.  Rose is originally from Vero Beach, Florida.  Her hobbies include working with horses and any interaction with dogs. Rose enjoys working at Powell Animal Hospital and it shows as she is always smiling.








 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 


 Drew Johnson:

Drew relocated to Tennessee from Hawaii where he earned his Master’s of Animal Science Degree from the University of Hawaii. Drew’s goal is to become a Large Animal Veterinarian. When Drew is not working he enjoys reading, swimming, and defending himself from his girlfriend’s two cats.

Rachel Laney:

Rachel’s favorite part of her job is twofold: making the animals “smile” and learning something new each and every day. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance degree and is an aspiring Veterinarian. The little time she has outside of work is spent running, reading, and riding her Harley. Whittney McCurry:         

Whittney says her favorite part of her job is getting to watch the surgeries and helping out with the technicians to make the animals better. She is currently attending college majoring in pre Veterinary Medicine. Her ultimate goal is to transfer into a Veterinary program.  Whittney has a Boxer named Jackson and a black Lab named Staci.
